First half tries from Richard Jenkinson and Ted Troughton, helped Pershore to a 0-26 half time lead, despite playing against the elements, with Jenkinson the pick of the visitor’s performers, making great inroads into the Malvern defence, at will.
Pershore didn’t have it all their own way and early in the second half and with three quick scores of their own, Malvern were back in the hunt at 19-26.
Pershore, however, dug deep and with the home team tiring, stretched away, with further tries from veteran midfielders Rob Haines and Dave Snell, taking them past the 50 point mark.
Snell capped a good afternoon with the boot, kicking 7 from 8 attempts on a breezy afternoon.
