Worcester wanted a 9-a-side game, and sportingly lent us a player to allow this to happen. But it was the Pershore players who seemed to really shine on this cold Sunday morning.

Logan kicked a low hanging kick off, the referee judged that it went a sufficient distance, and Anthony got underneath it, catching it neatly, offering a firm shoulder to the Worcester defender who stood in his way, opening the scoring for Pershore.
Teejay later showed he understood how to ruck Worcester players off the ball, and the twins Oliver and Connor combined with Harry to draw Worcester players in, whilst Logan delivered the ball neatly out to team mates, allowing the Pershore game to flow. Connor seemed to have several Worcester players hanging from him, but still managed to drive forward, and Oliver also added to the score sheet. Billy played his part, alongside Rowyn, with some excellent tackling and runs with the ball.
The result of some excellent teamwork allowed Anthony to become really familiar with the try line, scoring a handful of tries in both games.
We won the first game and drew the second game.
